Bullets that are Faster than a Speeding Bullet

Are regular bullets to slow for you? Do you need to take somebody down 100th of a second faster? Well the Holey Bullet is for you. Apparently, slow bullets are super last year. The new design of these bullets allow anyone to uphold their constitutional right, defend their home-life-property, and/or commit an armed crime that much faster. Although, there may be a few things that need to get ironed out; I must admit I like the time management and initiative that is on display.
