Since I first became aware of 3D printers, I knew that it was only a matter of time before there would be a 3D Food Printer. The potential for this is huge. Coupled with an affordable power source, it could go a long way to addressing food shortages after natural disasters and famine stricken areas. This is of course down the road (5 or more years in the future). Apparently, there are several 3D Food Printers that may be hitting the market.
